This facility provides outstanding resources for a wide range of indoor sports. The indoor court area can be hired by sporting teams and groups for training or practice and if you have a child’s birthday party coming up and want somewhere to have a party where the kids can have a great time, the enclosed nets area is perfect. Included in the hire fee is full use of the extensive range of sports and children’s games equipment.
The gymnasium area includes an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment as well as a full range of machine and free weights. Located in the gym is also a play pen where parents can supervise small children while they workout and the area is air conditioned for your comfort.

Children's Programs
Fit Kid's - Friday during school terms
Classes may include games, sports and fitness activities, and a healthy afternoon tea snack, and refreshments are provided at the end of each session. It’s a great way for your child/children to be more active, learn new skills, and make new friends. All sessions are supervised and parents are not required to stay while the class is on. Cost:$7 or free for members. Kinder-year 2 - 3:30-4:30pm year3-year6 – 4:30-5:30pm
Mini Movers - Saturday 10am during school terms
Classes are designed for 2 - 5 year olds and focus on fundamental movement skills such as running, throwing, kicking and jumping, through fun and interactive sessions. During each session children will take part in a variety of dance, gymnastics and sporting activities whilst parents have the opportunity to kick back and enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee. Cost:$5 or free for members.
